‘If I start rapping, everybody will keep quiet’ - Patapaa wades into Strongman/Medikal beef
Swedru-based artiste Patapaa Amisty has hinted that he could soon start doing rap music.
The afrobeats artiste is known for singing, having made his name after releasing the popular song One Corner.
But in a Twitter post, Patapaa has given the clearest indication yet that he could soon start performing rap.
“If I Start Rapping, Some People Will Keep Quiet In This Country !!! Wait For It #Pa2PaSojas#SureBet,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, the rap industry in Ghana has been given a huge lift following beefs between some of the artistes.
Kwesi Arthur, Medikal and Strongman Burner have all been shading each other in ‘diss’ songs released over the last one week.
It is, however, unknown if Patapaa is joking, as his previous attempt at rap brought about the whole “Scopatumanaa” challenge.
